Fits left or right.

Open all closures.
Lay the brace flat with the inside facing up.
Notice the condyle pads on each side.
They can be peeled away and re-applied in any position you desire.
If unsure leave as is.
Knee slightly bent, wrap the support from behind the knee.
Position around knee cap above and below the cutout.
Close below knee cap first, then follow with the upper segment.
Tighten as desired.
Place centre of X-LOCK strap behind the knee and close above and below the front of knee as shown.

Flex knee to make sure the hook has gripped strongly enough.
If at all uncomfortable, open and re-apply.
Adjust for comfort.
You should feel firm compression and protection.
Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis.
Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict.
Always choose the most suitable support for the specific activity and/or injury you may be experiencing.
